RUDE GOLEMS: THE STORY
In the twilight of the Genesis era, at the dawn of the end of creation, in a dark and unknown time, Giblatön roared with the shattering power of its inhabitants. Forged in the bowels of the earth with the power of the almighty creator and gestated in the boiling womb of the interior of Mount Lamaintula, those creatures disturbed the silence of the place. Minerals, rock and strange materials only known there gave shape to enormous beings with the innate virtue of creating chaos and destruction wherever they dwelled, golems were called. Rude Golems.
GIBLATÖN: ORIGIN
In the confines of the Solana pentagalaxy, in its darkest and most unexplored vortex, after the collision of two great stars, a small and inert planet emerged. Eight suns and eight moons provided light and darkness to Giblatön, a territory all inhospitable and disturbing. Its atmosphere was dense and seemed to vibrate to the sound of the multitude of volcanoes that with their roar tinged the environment with colourful gaseous emanations and incandescent materials. It was a strange place, different, devoid of life, and yet magical, despite its apparent lack of gravity in which the rocks seemed to want to float, an inner force, for millions of years, wanted to catch something...
GIBLON: GENESIS
Eight suns, eight moons, eight eclipses... An unique and disturbing fact, a call. At the highest point of Mount Lamaintula, eight runes that remained hidden in large granite rocks began to shine brightly. A silent chant of intense colour began to dye that mountain with light, it was a chant of attraction, hypnotic and powerful attraction. The light of the mountain contrasted with the perpetual darkness of the eclipsed night, until suddenly a small light appeared in space, an interstellar fragment wrapped in a bright and majestic aura that travelled swiftly towards Giblatön.
And at last, with a roar that echoed throughout the planet, the two lights merged. It would be difficult to say whether the being that now crowned Mount Lamaintula was born from the bowels of the earth or came from the ends of the universe, even he did not know, but there it was. The runes now illuminated the place with more strength, it was the magical announcement of a birth. Giblon had been born and a new era was beginning before his feet…
GODS: THE BEGINNING
Giblon, the Golem Creator, had been wandering around his inert planet for many years (thousands, perhaps millions), his solitary existence was not an easy task, his Galactic Orb was his guide and his oracle, and his mission was to make Giblatön a living and powerful planet within Solana.
For a long time, he had tried to sow the germ of life, to bring order to the space and physics of his planet, to its elements, its matter, but despite his extreme power, it was a Dantesque task, something he now knew he couldn’t do alone.
His orb had marked an event for him, a day that would be night, a night that would be light, a light that would be creation. Once again, the eight suns were eclipsed and the eight runes shone again, Giblon raised his orb and after an explosion of light the darkness became perpetual.
Seven rocks with their seven runes had been transformed. Each of these had given rise to a golem, a god. Except for the largest of them all, which gave birth to three Gods in one place. These three seemed to share some kind of energy, something in their nature made them similar.
While the rays of sunlight began to shine, flooding the place with clarity, Giblon seemed to sketch a gesture of satisfaction, his nine gods would complete their mission and the work began at that very moment. In total, there would be 10, all of them, the Gods that would form the divine assembly of Giblatön.
THE VISION
Giblatön was now a very different place, the original planet had been transformed. Immense forests covered the land, and its huge trees sheltered an abundant fauna, the water flowing from the mountains formed meandering rivers of crystalline waters and the sound of life flowed with harmony from anywhere on the planet. The great mountain of Lamaintula, majestic as ever, still dominated the place, and at its highest point, the enormous silhouettes of the ten gods seemed to outline a peculiar rocky massif. Giblon had created his nine gods with a mission, with a task, each one had to execute it with effort and rigour, and seeing what that planet had become, they had fulfilled their objective.
However, perhaps all that work could be threatened and the concern of Giblon, the god of gods, was evident. His powerful Galactic Orb had transmitted a prophetic vision, a threat. Giblatön was in danger, something terrible was going to happen. He could see a kind of... war?
He saw many golems, but he also observed other kinds of seemingly ferocious creatures.
INNATE VIRTUES
In his quest to protect Giblatön, the Creator extracted from his Galactic Orb 3 Innate Virtues, each created for the sole purpose of covering an essential aspect in battle. Each of these 3 Innate Virtues provided its possessor with supernatural powers and enhanced his abilities. Annihilating Power, Unbreakable Defense and Supreme Intelligence were the virtues given to the gods of war: Golowar, Tarblok and Tsatsako, respectively. The virtues were integrated directly into the genes of these three gods.
All their power circulated within them, it was part of their nature. Between them, they had perfect synergy. War was their ultimate task. And the most important thing... These Innate Virtues were inheritable.
THE 10 GOLEM GODS
GIBLON, THE GOLEM CREATOR:
Giblon, the Golem Creator was the first ever golem to exist, the creator of everything. He was a huge majestic beast
with unparalleled power and knowledge. The Galactic Orb he possessed, had control over time and life. He knew the past and could observe the future through it.
After millions of years alone in Mount Lamaintula, he had a terrifying sighting through his orb.
Something terrible was going to happen in the near future. He knew he had to do something to preserve the state of things
This is why he finally decided to use the power of the Orb to create the other Gods to help him rule the planet and its future.
Each of them was created with his own purpose and power, but all were extremely powerful.
DEMANTUR, THE DIAMOND GOD:
Demantur, The Diamond God, it's one of the Gods created inside Mount Lamaintula using the power of the Galactic Orb.
His body consisted entirely of pure diamond. His sword, 'Gobl's Edge', turned everything it touched into diamond, penetrating it and exploding it into a thousand crystals. He was a sturdy, heavy, unbreakable golem. Demantur created great diamond dungeons, where the golems would live, protected by abysmal walls and towers that sealed the golem territory.
No golem dared to look him in the eyes, it was said that your body would become a solid block of diamond forever.
LEVIATON, THE GRAVITY GOLEM:
Its entire body was composed of the gravitational rocks that surrounded the planet of Giblatön.
The gravitational field that this God possesses allowes him to rebuild his body under any circumstance. He could increase in size by grabbing rocks and could push them out of his body if he needed to shrink. Nobody dares to be near him, you could feel his huge gravity power from large distances.
If you get close to Leviaton, you would probably end up separated into 1 million pieces.
KHAOS, THE FIRE GOD:
Khaos was created from Eternal Ember rocks that were submerged under the lava of Mount Lamaintula. His entire body was engulfed in a flame that would never ever extinct, and he burned at temperatures no other golem could withstand. He was in charge of guarding the access to the Mount, where the gods gathered.
If you aroused his wrath, with his huge Golemite steel ax, he would open huge breaches in the ground.
NYGHTUM, THE SKY GOD:
Strong electrical forces and toxic gases form his body, providing it with enough power to change Giblatön's meteorology.
As the God of the skies, Nyghtum is able to physically transform into sky and the weather itself, even becoming massive in his physical size.
Being immune to all forms of physical harm makes him almost invincible. He is also very Rude.
ROOTON, THE NATURE GOD:
Rooton is the god in charge of creating and protecting the flora and fauna of Giblatön. It's formed by branches of millenary trees.
His body acts as a home for various creatures present on the Golems' planet. With the Life Cane, he is able to change the environment, return to live dead flora and when he's mad,
even drain others' spirits.
He is the biggest in size of all the Gods, he does not like to talk much and he will cage you in a wall of thick branches and spikes forever if you dare to disturb him.
G7-XSOL, THE OTHERWORLDLY GOD:
A ball of fire impacted at a high speed against Giblatön many, many years ago. It was a huge spaceship from another universe.
This great ship was built with galactic materials that seemed to have special qualities and incredible hardness. Only the Creator God was able to observe this event, and in his quest to create other gods, he decided to use the remains of this great ship to give life to the seventh God. G-7 XSOL was a mechanized golem, different from all others. It has thrusters all over its body that allows him to move through the air at great speeds. His hydraulic systems fed with radioactive material allowed him to carry heavy weights and fly without any difficulty, it is also very hard to damage, his armor is extremely resistant.
A mecha golem from another universe. Curious, isn't it?
GOLOWAR, THE ATTACK GOD:
Inside this God there is only war. He was born to battle.
The huge sword he handles not only serves to slice through his enemies, but it gives him a relentless war instict.
Golowar has a supernatural speed that allows him to move fast and forcefully, he is way more agile than anyone else.
The strength that his sword gives him makes him a killing machine. He is a melee master He loves to annihilate, to destroy, anger is part of him. No matter what stands in front of him, he could instantly end its life.
He is the holder of the Annihilating Power.
TARBLOK, THE DEFENSE GOD:
This god has special faculties to guard Giblatön, he was created for this. His gigantic size made him a wall that no one could overcome. He is heavy and moves with firm steps, his movements are slow but forceful, it's practically impossible to surprise him. In his right hand, he handles a large golem steel shield. In his left hand, the Blok's Mallet threatens. With this fearsome combination, for every blow he receives, the harder he becomes.
No one dares to face him, he is tough.
He is the holder of the Unbreakable Defense.
TSATSAKO, THE STRATEGY GOD:
The psychic waves that flow through the Beyond Sphere he holds gives this God total control over the mind.
The Supreme Intelligence he possesses allows him to reach far beyond all other golems. He has extrasensory powers that allow him to detect the position of every position of every
element that moves on the planet. His powers made him a perfect weapon to organize a good attack and to pose a solid defence.
He knows every possible move, the advantages of each weapon and the strengths of all shields. He is the perfect strategist.
He is the holder of the Supreme Intelligence.
8888 GOLEMS: A NEW ERA
Eight suns, eight moons, eight runes and ten original gods... the germ of the army of Golems that would populate Giblatön was born and as if it were a powerful furnace, the great volcano of Lamaintula roared with more force than ever. Tarblok, Golowar and Tsatsako, the three gods of war injected their power of creation into it and the God of gods, Giblon prepared to begin to forge his warriors.
Born from the bowels of the earth, a mixture of minerals, rock and disparate elements, the Golems emerged. Each one of them carrying one of the attributes of their creators. It was a strenuous task but those born for battle were already out, 8888 Golems now populated Giblatön, the most powerful and rude creatures of the universe and certainly, that planet would never be the same. For the first time, everything screamed to the sound of GRRRR!
POWER ORBS
"The time has come", Giblon shouted as he raised his orb. The three Gods of War looked at him hypnotically. The orb of creation had a bright, vivid light, a light that seemed to grow every instant. The three gods of war began to invoke their powers while raising their gaze to the sky "Orb of creation! Eternal essence of infinity, manifest your power, your magic, so that the strength of these three Gods may forge the orbs of War." Giblon recited these words possessed. As if it were a great lightning bolt in the most monstrous of storms a continuous stream of light descended from the sky until it was absorbed by the now incandescent orb, the three gods raised their hands.
The power unleashed on top of Mount Lamaintula was enormous, it had been a long, long time since anything like that had been seen. An explosion of light announced the success of the ceremony, a powerful and brilliant light like the sun itself, and then came the darkness, the silence. The four golems began to catch their breath, that ritual, for a moment, had consumed all their energy. The three gods of war lowered their arms, each one of them sheltering a light, a magical and sparkling essence, an orb of orbs. Giblon was satisfied, Giblatön was now ready to wage the fiercest of wars.
ANNIHILATING POWER:
Golowar began to descend Lamaintula while the multitude of Golems watched him from below, their hands glowed with the newly created orb and the powerful essence seemed to be searching for the chosen ones.
In a few moments, only a privileged few would possess the Annihilating Power Orb, a power desired by any warrior that would make him fiercer, faster and much more deadly in battle. Golowar finished his descent, raised the orb and shouted, "Warriors, here is the essence of attack, the annihilating power! Let the orbs be delivered to their rightful possessors" As if swaying in the breeze, the orb rose from Golowar's hands and, increasing its light, it was placed above the thousands of Golems that looked at it perplexed. A roar was heard and the light broke into hundreds of fragments that, like arrows of fire, struck the chosen Golems. The die was cast...
UNBREAKABLE DEFENSE:
Tarblok descended Lamaintula observing the spectacle, the Orbs of the Annihilating Power had been delivered and the noise was deafening, the euphoria of the chosen ones was even more sonorous and the aura that now surrounded them stood out from the rest of the Golems.
Standing next to Golowar, Tarblok raised his Orb while its light intensified, at that moment the crowd was silent, an absolute silence. "Golems! GRRRR! Here is the essence of Defense, the Orb of Unbreakable Defense! Honored shall you be by your virtue and an impassable fortress shall you become. Leave my hands and seek the chosen ones! GRRR!"
The glow of the Orb, which was already floating magically, intensified, this time there was no deafening sound, no roar, only silence, silence and light, a blinding light as bright as the sun itself that only dissipated penetrating each of the Golems that now carried the second great power. Only one was missing…
SUPREME INTELLIGENCE:
Tsatsako was a different God, anticipating others was his hallmark, deciphering the space-time formula that would give him the advantage over his enemy was his raison d'être. "Unexpected" was an adjective that defined him perfectly and this time would be no different. As the Golems began to calm down after the delivery of the second orb they began to try to get a glimpse of the God, all straining to guess Tsatsako's position on her descent down the hill, the light of her orb, but no one saw anything. Golowar and Tarblok looked at each other in surprise. Where was he?
"Look for the shadow in the darkness! Shine in the intensity of the light!" Tsatsako shouted and all the Golems turned around, the God had placed himself stealthily in the rear of the crowd "Turn surprise into virtue" he continued while raising his dull Orb that began to glow with intensity "Here is the Orb of the Supreme Intelligence, the one that will show you the path to victory before the battle begins, the one that will guide the most feared army, the one that only those worthy of its power will receive..." Suddenly the orb flickered out and like a pack of cunning wolves, it disintegrated moving through the crowd like a silent shadow, slanted and swift. Finally, it reached the chosen ones and they glowed.
Giblon, from the top of Lamaintula, enjoyed the moment and rejoiced at what his eyes saw, the three Orbs had been delivered and the crowd of Golems that now acclaimed him had undoubtedly become the most feared army of all those who populated the galaxy, the question now was: Would it be enough?
